Residential towers with a pool and a tennis court at the podium. Designed as a number of layers, same in size but different in position, making an identity for each floor with large terraces and canopies. Podium is used for offices and shops while in the basement are three levels of parking. Towers are presenting new, contemporary way of living in the ancient city of Arbil.
